What we collect

Customers: name, mobile number, email, building postal code and address for delivery, and order history. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

Merchants: contact name, mobile number, email, company and shop details (including UEN), and the WhatsApp messages you exchange with us.

Before contacting a shop, we look at its public Google Maps listing (name, address, phone, review highlights, photos).

Why we use it

To process and fulfil your orders, let the shop reach you for pickup or delivery, send order updates and login codes, handle refunds and support, prevent fraud, and, with your consent, send membership and promotion messages.

We do not sell your personal data. We will not send you marketing calls or texts without your consent, in line with Singapore's Do Not Call rules.

Who we share it with

The shop you order from sees your name, mobile number and delivery address so it can prepare and deliver your order.

Companies that help us run the service: Stripe (payments), Alibaba Cloud Singapore (hosting), Resend (email), Google (maps and AI), Anthropic (AI that helps us sort merchant enquiries) and Meta (WhatsApp). Some of these process data outside Singapore; we only use providers that give comparable protection.

Authorities, when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept as Singapore tax and accounting rules require (generally 5 years). Other data is deleted when no longer needed or when you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask to access or correct your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time (we may then be unable to process your orders).

Merchants: if we contacted you and you would rather not hear from us, just reply. We will delete the preview page made for you and stop contacting you.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language and delivery location. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
